They do not constitute a contract to build software, and they do not cover the terms of any actual client project. Every client engagement is governed by its own separately signed proposal and agreement, negotiated and delivered outside of this Site, which set out the specific scope, price, timeline, and deliverables for that project.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site does not generate any AI output for visitors. References to Gen AI, RAG, or machine learning on this Site describe services built for clients under separate engagements, not a feature running on this Site itself.
