Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Discuss a potential project or discovery call
• Keep basic records of prospective and existing client contacts

Your information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising, and is not used to train any AI model.

The contact form and the Demo Space described below do not use AI - see "Demo Space" for exactly how that page works. The one exception is the WhatsApp button on this Site: it opens a conversation with LeadPilot, a live AI assistant I built and operate, which does process what you send it using an AI model. See "AI Lead Qualification (WhatsApp)" directly below for exactly what that involves. (This policy covers the website only - it does not describe how AI systems are built for clients under separate, individually contracted engagements.)

The WhatsApp button on this Site, and on the demo pages, opens a chat with LeadPilot, an AI assistant I built to have an initial conversation with prospective clients before I see it myself. If you message it:

• It tells you immediately that you are talking to an AI assistant, not me directly.
• Your messages are processed by Google's Gemini AI model to understand your enquiry and ask relevant follow-up questions - your business, the problem you want solved, a rough budget, timeline, and your preferred way to be contacted.
• What you share is extracted into structured fields and stored, along with the full conversation transcript, in a database I operate, hosted on Supabase.
• The conversation is scored against a fixed, transparent rule set to judge whether it is worth my time, and I receive an email notification (via Resend) summarising what you shared - regardless of that score, so a genuine enquiry is never missed.
• If your enquiry qualifies, you are offered a link to book a call directly on my calendar, via Calendly.

This is separate from, and more extensive than, the synthetic "Demo Space" described below. If you would rather not have a WhatsApp conversation processed this way, use the contact form instead - it is not processed by AI (see "Information I Collect" above).

The Site includes an interactive "Demo Space" (at /demo and its sub-pages) that lets visitors try out example versions of the automation workflows described on the Site - a sample lead, a support question, an invoice, or an internal request.

• Everything runs entirely in your browser using pre-written, synthetic demo data - no real leads, customers, or documents.
• The logic behind each demo is deterministic (rule-based), not a live call to an AI model.
• Nothing you type into a Demo Space field - including free-text boxes - is transmitted to, stored on, or logged by any server. It exists only in your browser's memory for that session and disappears when you close or refresh the page.
• The Demo Space does not set cookies and does not track how you use it.

This Site does not accept file uploads of any kind. The contact form only accepts typed text.

Contact form submissions are transmitted securely to and stored by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which forwards each submission to my email inbox. WhatsApp/LeadPilot conversations are stored in a database I operate, hosted on Supabase - see "AI Lead Qualification (WhatsApp)" above. I separately keep a record of client and prospective-client contact details in a private spreadsheet, used only for managing ongoing and prospective client relationships. Neither the contact form nor WhatsApp/LeadPilot data is stored anywhere beyond what is described in this policy.

I retain contact, inquiry, and WhatsApp/LeadPilot conversation information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage a potential or active client relationship, and maintain basic business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your Rights" below). For how long Formspree, Google, or Supabase themselves retain data on their own servers, please refer to their respective privacy policies, linked below.

This Site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Formspree - processes and delivers contact form submissions. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp / Meta - clicking the WhatsApp button opens a chat, sent and received through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, with LeadPilot, the AI assistant described in "AI Lead Qualification (WhatsApp)" above. Message transport is governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy in addition to this one.
• Google (Gemini API) - processes the content of WhatsApp/LeadPilot conversations to understand and respond to your enquiry. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase - hosts the database that stores WhatsApp/LeadPilot conversation data. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Resend - sends me an email notification whenever a WhatsApp/LeadPilot conversation reaches a decision, containing what you shared. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Calendly - if a WhatsApp/LeadPilot conversation qualifies, you are offered a Calendly link to book a call directly. Calendly is not used elsewhere on this Site. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts / Fontshare - this Site loads typefaces from these font providers, which may see the IP address of the device requesting the font file, as is standard for any website using web fonts.
• Vercel Web Analytics - a cookieless analytics service that reports aggregate visit data (pages viewed, approximate location by country/region, referring site). See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel - hosts this Site.

I do not use advertising or cross-site tracking services on this Site.

This Site does not process payments and has no checkout or billing functionality. Invoicing and payment terms for actual client engagements are handled separately, through individually signed project agreements, outside of this website.

This Site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic - for example, which pages get visited and how much traffic the Site receives. It is cookieless, does not use persistent identifiers or fingerprinting, does not track you across other websites, and does not let me see individual visitors or their browsing history. I do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or cross-site tracking tool.

This Site is accessible to visitors worldwide, and I work with clients internationally. Because Formspree operates in the United States, information you submit through the contact form may be transmitted to and processed in the United States as part of that service. By submitting the form, you understand your information may be handled outside your home country as described here.

You may ask me at any time to:

• Confirm what information I hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information from my records, spreadsheet, and the WhatsApp/LeadPilot database

To exercise any of these, email me at hoshangsheth@gmail.com. I will action reasonable requests promptly. Note that I cannot delete data already held on the underlying systems of Formspree, Google, or Supabase - that request should also be directed to them if needed.

This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this Site, contact me and I will remove it.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, I take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information you share with me.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Site or my business practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
