Yes, that's usually smarter. The first engagement scopes the core workflow; expansion modules are separate fixed-scope proposals.
Your choice. Default is Vercel for the frontend + Render/Railway for the backend, but I've deployed to AWS, GCP, and on-prem for clients who require it.
The 30 days of post-launch support covers bugs and small adjustments at no extra charge. Anything after that is a fresh conversation, we scope it, agree on a price, and nothing starts until you've approved it.
Native mobile apps are outside my scope. What I build is fully mobile-responsive and can be installed as a PWA which covers most SMB use cases without the cost and complexity of a native app. If you genuinely need a native iOS or Android app, that's a separate conversation and I'll be upfront about it.
It depends on what's there. If the existing code is well-structured and documented, I can build on top of it. If it's a mess, it's often faster and cheaper to rebuild the relevant parts cleanly rather than work around someone else's technical debt. I'll give you an honest assessment on the discovery call.
